Description
Plan the heist like a real crew. A physical whiteboard your players place anywhere, draw on together in real time, and cover with phone photos and printed maps.
Why NL Whiteboard?
Every crew plans in Discord because there's nowhere to plan in the city. NL Whiteboard puts it in the world: roll the board into a warehouse, gather round, and sketch the route while everyone nearby watches the lines appear. Pin the photos you took casing the bank, print the area around the vault, flip the board for plan B.
Everything is saved. Come back after a restart and the plan is still on the wall.
Features
- Real marker drawing — a felt-tip that inks darker when you go slow, synced live to every player within 80 m. Everyone sees exactly the same pixels.
- Eraser — right mouse rubs out ink with a real 3D eraser, just like a dry-erase board
- Phone gallery photos — pin pictures straight from LB Phone, NPWD or QB-Phone (auto-detected), taped on with a slight tilt
- Print the map — frame any area of the city, drop a pin and print it in HD with the street name, zone and a scale bar
- Two sides — flip the board with a smooth turn; each side keeps its own plan
- Place anywhere — use the item, aim, scroll to rotate, place. Owners can move or pick it up again.
- Access control — everyone, your job only, or just you. Owners switch it from the board menu.
- Permanent boards — add boards to config for the PD briefing room, the mechanic shop or a gang HQ, locked to the jobs you choose
- Saved to your database — drawings, photos, maps, position and access survive restarts; boards nobody touches can be cleaned up automatically
- Looks right in the world — the board dims at night and in rain instead of glowing, and draw mode frames the camera on the board
Built to stay fair and fast
- Board props only spawn within 120 m, and only the nearest board is drawable
- Per-player rate limits and per-side caps stop anyone flooding the board
- Photos can only come from the player's own phone, so nobody can post random links
- Players can own up to 2 boards each (configurable); staff are exempt

Good to know
The marker is one dark ink colour and one tip size, like a real board marker. There's no undo: wipe a stroke with the eraser, or wipe the whole side as owner. Menu text is in English; player messages are editable in client/text.lua.
Two versions
- Escrow — core protected;
config.lua,client/text.lua,bridge/server.luaand the install folder stay open - Open source — every file open, including the full board UI, to rework however you like
